In cooperation with Boubyan Bank, a pioneer in sustainability standards, Tadwire Recycling Company provides you with e-waste collection and recycling services.
The offered service is free, aiming to assist you in getting rid of your unused electronic items and reuse some parts of them in a safe and sustainable way.

خدمة (تجميع وتدوير النفايات الإلكترونية) هي خدمة مجانية نساعدك من خلالها للتخلص من أغراضك الإلكترونية الغير مستخدمة ، وإعادة استخدام بعض الاجزاء منها بطريقة آمنه ومستدامة

To participate with us in this service:
- Gather your electronic items in one area to ease the collection process.
- Please use as few boxes or bags as possible.
- When booking, make sure you mention the amount of waste and items so that we can arrange pick-up accordingly with the correct vehicle.
- Only electronic and metallic waste will be accepted, such as:
- Servers and computers (all types of desktops and laptops)
- Smart devices (all kinds of tablets, smartphones, mobile phones, etc.)
- White goods (air conditioners, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, etc.)
- Brown goods (TVs, radios, CD/cassette players, monitors, printers, etc.)
- Wires, cables and motors
- Generators, lawn mowers, and other heavy equipment
- Materials must be separated and not contaminated with other waste or pollutants upon arrival of the receiving team.
- If you need to reschedule the appointment, please contact us via phone, email or WhatsApp, at least 24 hours before the pick-up time.
- A member of our team will contact you and coordinate as needed, at which time we will come to your location to collect your recyclables.

- تجميع أغراضك الإلكترونية في منطقة واحدة لتكون جاهزة للاستلام
- يُرجى استخدام أقل قدر ممكن من الصناديق أو الأكياس
- تأكد من ذكر كمية النفايات والعناصر حتى نتمكن من ترتيب الاستلام بشكل مناسب
- سيتم قبول النفايات الإلكترونية والمعدنية فقط مثل:
- السيرفرات والحواسيب الآلية (جميع أنواع أجهزة المكتب وأجهزة الكمبيوتر المحمولة)
- الأجهزة الذكية (جميع أنواع الأجهزة اللوحية والهواتف الذكية والهواتف المحمولة، إلخ)
- الأجهزة البيضاء (مكيفات، ثلاجات، أفران، ميكروويف، إلخ)
- الأجهزة البنية (تلفزيونات، راديوهات، مشغلات أقراص وكاسيت، شاشات، طابعات، إلخ)
- الأسلاك والكابلات والمحركات
- المولدات، قصاصة العشب والأجهزة الثقيلة الأخرى
- يجب فصل المواد والحفاظ على عدم خلطها بنفايات او ملوثات عند وصول فريق الاستلام
- إذا كنت بحاجة إلى إعادة جدولة الموعد، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر الهاتف أو البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب، بما لا يقل عن 24 ساعة قبل موعد الاستلام.
- سيتواصل أحد أفراد فريقنا معك وينسق حسب الحاجة، وفي ذلك الوقت سنصل إلى موقعك لجمع العناصر القابلة للتدوير

- Only electronic and metallic waste will be collected, this program does not cover any other categories of waste.
- All data from electronics containing information (such as phones, computers, hard drives, etc.) will be destroyed. The metals from those electronics will be destroyed and sorted.

- سيتم تدمير جميع البيانات من الإلكترونيات التي تحتوي على معلومات (مثل الهواتف، الحواسيب، الأقراص الصلبة، إلخ). سيتم تدمير وفرز المعادن من تلك الالكترونيات
